This company will provide requisite and appropriate direction to employees to carry out safety management of customer personal information. The company will also implement requisite education and training for employees to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information.
The personal information that this company receives when performing consigned duties will be used within a scope necessary to carry out these consigned duties. The personal information handled by this company may be provided to other businesses that this company consigns to perform duties, based on regulations in Item 1, Clause 4, Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Law. 2.Requests for Disclosure, etc.

Moreover, this company cannot respond to requests for disclosure in the following cases:
- When the identify of the individual cannot be verified such as when the address written in the application form, the address written in documents for the purpose of identity verification, and the address registered at this company are not consistent
- When the agent’s identity cannot be verified during application by the agent
- When the prescribed application form is filled out incompletely

Customers other than subscribers should enclose postage stamps amounting to the aforementioned price together with the application form. At this time, if the amount included is deficient or is not enclosed in the application form, the customer will be notified of this.
